1 Industrial Anaerobic Adhesives, Threadlockers, Retainers, Gasket Makers, Pipe Sealants – Chemence

Anaerobic

Chemence anaerobic adhesives are high performance, single component engineering and industrial adhesives available as threadlockers, retainers, gasket makers and pipe sealants.

Anaerobics  adhesives only cure  in  an  oxygen-free environment and in the presence of metal ions such as copper or iron. Available as liquids, gels or pastes to suit a variety of applications, they chemically harden to form a tough structural solid that prevents vibration loosening and seals against leakage and corrosion.

Anaerobics are well suited to manufacturing, assembly by original equipment manufacturers (OEM), maintenance departments, automotive and engineering sectors. They help reduce downtime and costs, and improve performance and productivity. Chemence anaerobic adhesives are versatile and can be used on passive metals and anodised or plated surfaces by using an anaerobic primer or activator from the Chemence range. Our range of pipe sealing products is ideal for gas distribution.
