- General Purpose fast curing adhesive.
- Used for potting, encapsulating,rapid repair and fast bonding.
- Bonds metals, ceramics,glass,wood,rubber and certain plastics.
- Sets in about 5 minutes.
- Packed in 28ml twin cartridges.
EA 20
- Two part, co-extruded epoxy putty stick.
- Ideal for the emergency repair of pipes, tanks and castings.
- Can be used to rebuild metal parts.
- Eliminates the need for welding or expensive metal working.
- Very tough.
- Can be filed, tapped, drilled, sanded or painted.
- Bonds metal, fibreglass, plastic or wood.
EA 221
- Slow ( 1-2 hours work time) curing product
- 1:1 by volume mix ratio
- Non-sag viscosity (30 000 mPas)
- Shear strength (mild steel) 17 – 21 N / mm2
- T - Peel strength (mild steel) 6 – 8 N / mm2
- Bonds metal, glass, wood, and most rubbers and plastics.
- Fixture time 3 – 4 Hours
- Resistant to Acids, Bases, Most solvents, water
- Packed in 50ml, 200ml and 400ml twin cartridges, 250ml universal cartridge and bulk
- Low odour compared to most alternatives.
EA 222
- Fast ( 5 minutes work time) curing product
- 1:1 by volume mix ratio
- Non-sag viscosity (50 000 mPas)
- Shear strength (mild steel) 17 – 21 N / mm2
- T - Peel strength (mild steel) 6 – 8 N / mm2
- Bonds metal, glass, wood, and most rubbers and plastics.
- Fixture time 12 –15 minutes
- Resistant to Acids, Bases, Most solvents, water
- Packed in 50ml, 200ml and 400ml twin cartridges, 250ml universal cartridge and bulk.
- Low odour compared to most alternatives.
