Annular sealants
When a new service is inserted into an old steel host pipe there is a need to seal the annulus between the two pipes. Chemence Ltd. manufacture two sealants for this purpose: Chemence Annerseal 2763 and Chemence Cement grout,
Both are ideal for sealing of the annulus between an inserted PE pipe, including "Serviflex", and the old host pipe. Chemence Annerseal 2763 is an easy to apply thixotropic anaerobic sealant for dead service insertion, whereas the cementicious grout is a lower cost solution to all your annular sealing needs, including live service insertion.
