Distribution joints
Chemence Ltd. manufactures the Chemence Anacure 2793 range of sealants for sealing leaking distribution joints. Suitable for both lead yarn and mechanical joints on gas mains up 48" diameter these sealants can be used on joints on mains up to 2 bar working pressure. They are ideal for find and fix repairs and offer a low cost permanent solution to your leakage problems. Since their introduction in 1985 it is estimated that over one million joints have been sealed worldwide using Chemence Anacure sealants. Independent tests show a lifetime in excess of 40 years.
As an alternative we can offer anaerobic spray sealants for internal system treatment of up to 100 metres of main.
