Ancillaries

In addition to our liquid resins, we offer the full range of ancillary products required to manufacture a liquid photopolymer plate.

Basefilm – 125 micron film to form a stable base for your photopolymer plate. Our basefilm includes a special coating to achieve excellent adhesion with all Verbatim liquid resins.
Coverfilm – Fine matt film to protect the glass and negative during resin exposure. Our film gives a floorless finish to the face of your plate.
Foam Boarder Tape – Our pre-cut high-density foam tape allows smaller areas of polymer to be exposed. It is easily removed and does not mark the glass.

Washout detergent – Our CEW5 has been formulated to break down and wash away any unexposed liquid resin left on the surface of the plate after reclaiming. This guarantees efficient cleaning of your plate during the wash cycle and prepares the surface for post-exposure.
Antifoam – CEA1 inhibits the formation of excessive bubbles / foam during the washout process.

Post Exposure bath salts – Our CEBA solution assists the post-exposure process. As well as reducing the time required for post-exposure (thus prolonging the life of your post-exposure lamps), it is also designed to give a tack-free finish to the plate surface.
